Ok. This totally makes up for Death Proof *.
Tarantino's finest flick since Kill Bill, and possibly since Pulp Fiction. Yeah. I said it.
Plot: Yep. Awesome.
OK - it is set in Nazi-occupied France. Part involves the story of a Jewish gal that escapes death by Nazi hands. Another part involves a group of Jewish-American soldiers operating behind enemy lines in France and taking out Nazis everywhere they can. And eventually the two stories come together.
Good balance of dialog, action, story, events, characters, violence.
QT is definitely on his game with this film.
I have no complaints. None. See this movie.
* Death Proof does have some great scenes in it. You just have to cut out almost all the dialog heavy scenes that don't involve car chases. Most of Death Proof is so freaking boring I thought QT lost it.
